Paul D. Gullion received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1975 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of that year. He began his career at Abramson, Church & Stave in Salinas, California, rising from associate to partner before establishing his own practice in 1992.
